Sospeter is a director of Eleanor Foundation Tanzania having been appointed in 2016. In 2015 he retired from a long (39 years)career in both Central Government and Local Government in Biharamulo where he worked in community development with a focus on water and environmental health within rural communities. He coordinated a number of programmes funded by international NGOs and was also Registrar for community owned water supply associations and water consumer associations within Biharamulo District. His experience and knowledge of development issues in rural communities is of great value to us.
He lives in Biharamulo and is married with grown up children.
